Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

interstate child support modification

My husband fathered a child that currently resides in PA, while he lives in WA State. Recently, his ex-wife (lives in PA) submitted a request for an increase of child support. He is supposed to physically appear in PA courts in less than two weeks (we got this order yesterday). Is there anything that we can do to have the child support order transferred to WA instead of staying in PA?

Re: interstate child support modification

Washington courts would not accept jurisdiction and would defer to PA courts, as the child and the parent the child resides with are in Pennsylvania and there is already an open case there.
