judement in decree re: home

My ex quit his job to avoid paying child support 10 yrs ago causing me & my children's house to foreclose.Is the judgement in the div.decree re:his equity share still valid & he's able to garnish 60% of my wages?

I'd want to look at the decree and the circumstances of the situation before making a determination of enforcibility. If the decree is over 10 years old, and has not had any enforcement action yet on the property component, it may be past the period in which it can be enforced.
