Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Can I leave the state of Washington with my son who was born in Wisconsin without my husband's consent? We are still legally married but I will moving home for support and school and a job.

I will assume that you mean you want to take your and your husband's child out of Washington without your husband's consent. If you have lived in WA 6 months (or longer) you may be compelled to return child to WA if he files for dissolution of marriage or separation with 6 months of your leaving WA.
