Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
I left in Feb, because couldnt take husbands porn addiction anymore. I've been living on own, supporting myself, plus set up an auto withdrawl from our joint account of $500.00 to go into an account of mine for other expenses. Husband still has me on his health insurance plan and pays my auto insurance. But now, he is starting to complain about the $500 a month, says why should I be entitled to it when I'm the one that left? He says that he could stop it in one day by filing for a legal separation. Can he?
Also, he just got a paycheck for $33,000.00 (not a typo!) and paid off $12,000 of his credit card debt (not a joint account) and moved $5000.00 into a separate bank account for himself. I was thinking of paying my credit card off ($7500.00) while I can still access the funds in the joint account. Would there be any legal ramifications against me for doing that if he does pursue a separation or divorce?

Money earned by a spouse during marriage is community property and is equally owned by each. So long as the money in the account is not committed to pay other obligations, I would suggest you pay your credit card debt and put $5,000 in a separate account of your own.
Complete answers to your questions would require more information. However, depending on how long you have been married and other factors, you may be entitled to maintenance.
