Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
What is the legal age for a child to deside to live with the mother or the father? My ex wife is trying to leave the state with my daughter and I want to know if she has that right.

18 years old. Until then it is the responsibility of adults to decide that issue, parents if they can agree, and a court if they can't. If the primary residential parent is moving there is a child relocation provision in WA state law that requires notice and opportunity for the non-primary residential parent to object.
