Legal Custody of Grandchildren
What forms do I and my daughter need to fill out for me to have legal custody of my grandchildren? She wants to give up all parental rights.

The forms and instructions can bwe found at http://www.courts.wa.gov/forms/. You should move quickly on this before she changes her mind. You may need an attorney to help you through.
Child support is not mandatory in these cases in case you and your daughter have agreed not to impose a child support obligation on her. Also, as to visitation, I usually say, "Visitation for the mother shall be as arranged between the custodians and the mother."
