Seeking related decisions by Washington State Supreme Court, 9th Circuit Court of Appeals or RCW, WAC, opinions and Statutory law which is immediately applicable to this issue. Matter is as follows: Petitioner and Respondent reside in Spokane County (WA) upon dissolution with children. Assets distributed and parenting plan in place early 2006 � liberal visitation for Petitioner as �official� every Wednesday, and every other weekend from Friday to Monday morning. Late 2006, respondent (custodial parent w/ 1 child) decides to move 175 miles away. Respondent does not file required paperwork and although contested, is allowed by trial court to move � temp plan installed and child support reserved at that time. Respondent and petitioner file a paper on same day as hearing to modify child support to roughly � of what was determined by court. Petitioner is disabled with agoraphobia/panic disorder/PTSD and (SSI appeal just filed) Petitioner is unable to work as of 1 year ago, although used to make a significant income. Petitioner cannot drive more than few miles, respondent used to provide 75% of travel; trial court reduced travel burden 50% due to perceived lack of equity.
