First you can file for dissolution of marriage, make a motion for temporary orders for spousal maintenance and child support if appropriate, (you will have to get your husband served, if you know where he works you could arrange to have him served there or near there, (after a diligent investigation if you can't find him, you may file a motion to allow service by publication). If you can prove you are without funds you can get a fee waiver (on the filing fee). Many counties also have an office that assists pro se people in family law cases. In the end, if you have followed the rules on service, you can get a default judgment if he does not respond to the summons, and you can get what you petitioned for. Keep in mind that if you should reasonably been able to find him, and you failed to act diligently to effect personal service you may be subject to your decree and orders being vacated and sanctions.
