legal separation -enforcement of alimony

I have a legal separation filed with the court system in Washington State (Snohomish County). There was an agreed amount of maintenance that was written in the separation, but the ex/spouse has not paid anything on it. How can I enforce the maintenance payment, and is there a statue of limitations?

The limitation on enforcement of the provisions of a decree is generally 10 years.
