legal seperation

how do i go about filing for legal seperation if my husband refuses to let me file the papers wont sign or let me out of the marriage.

Please be advised that Washington State is a "no-fault" state. In other words, you do not need your husband's permission, consent, signature, or cooperation to file for divorce or legal separation. All you have to do is simply file your summons and petition for legal separation with the court and have someone other than yourself serve him with a copy.

All you have to do is file your summons and petition for legal separation with the court and have someone other than yourself serve him with a copy.
