legal seperation

husband for10yrs.(no children),and w/One income in this marriage walked out the front door and has not returned.i dont know where he is staying and have only seen him three times (15 seconds?), i have no means financually no access to it nothing zero. this was a complete surprise to me and is not fair. i need to eat and put gas in car I CANT. help.i am seeking a legal seperation asap. yes i can prove what i just said too.anyone help me out here please? in spokane washington thank you

I would recommend that you consider filing for divorce. Without knowing more, I could not address spousal maintenance except to say that you could possibly expect some amount of spousal maintenance for several months to a couple of years, but that would be affected by several factors. Spousal maintenance is aimed at getting the spousal on their feet financially.
