Lesbian partner during divorce

Can I move in with my new partner during the divorce? What issues could arrise if I do so?

You can move in with your new partner, there are no legal issues from this (unless you have children and she has a significant criminal history). How your spouse will react, could make getting to the final resolution more difficult, but won't ultimately prevent or change the final resolution in a legal sense.
