living trust
my wife is the beneficary of a living trust. do the assets of the trust have yo be disclosed to her at a specified time and is their a time frame for dispursing the funds.

A living trust is a different instrument than a trust.
The instrument itself will control when she will take her benefit, and unless it was left to you as a marital community, it is separate property and thus not yours.
