major parenting plan modification

My son is in protective cps custody right now and now need to get him home from protective custody. I am on disability as is the mother. Ican't get the judge to sign emergency release for him, I have filed all proper papers, cps wants him with me but I keep getting blocked by the judge for emergency release. they don't want him to go to dependency hearing as it will be difficult after to get him. I need to know before monday or it goes that far.

This is not a parenting plan modification this is a dependency action you are describing.

As a parent you are entitled to an attorney to assist you, because the State is about to sever your parent child relationship.

CALL THE PUBLIC DEFENDER NOW.
