Malicious Mom Syndrome-Law Cases
Does anyone have any information on Malicious Mom Syndrome or Parental Alienation Syndrome used in Washington State Law??

Look at the recent case of In re Marriage of Carol Farr and Richard Martin, 87 Wash.App. 177, 940 P.2d 679 (1997), in which dad was sanctioned for alienating the son from the mother.
The terms "parental alienation" and "malicious mom" do not show up in any published WA cases.
