Does a man have to pay child support for a baby his spouse had as a result of cheating on him? DNA tests prove he is not the father.

Lots of spin on this question, but certain relevant facts are not provided. The courts would strip the spin away and ask, when did a parent assert (on an affidavit of paternity or in a court pleading) that the child was not the child of the husband?
