iam living with a man for the last 15-20yrs,i have paid bills &taxes on the house ,the house is his ,but if he dies what wrights do i have ,if any we are not married

You could theoretically prove your interest in the property in probate, but unlike a married couple you would not be presumed to have an interest in the property. He could take an action that would protect your interest by transferring the property to both of you in joint tenancy with rights of survivorship.
