Do I have any claim to a portion of real estate assests or to 401k he has payed into for 11 years, one yaer prior to the start of the relationship, or spousal support? At the time of this writing I do have a 1 year no contact order in place, also can he sell the house out from under us? what about 410 k from before we met?

Re: maritises property

Your ten-year relationship is most likely considered a 'meretricious relationship.' You may petition the Washington courts to divide your property, establish a parenting plan, establish a child support order, etc, similar to a dissolution (divorce) of a marital relationship.

You may have a claim to your former partner's 401k.

To prevent your former partner from disposing of your assets, it is a good idea to petition the court as soon as possible for a temporary restraining order. The court would likely restrain both of you from disposing of assets unnecessarily.
