Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Marriage problems

My husband and I are having problems, after trying to resolve them I've decided a separation is in order. How do I get him to move out if he refuses? We have 2 kids and live next door to my parents.

At the same time that you file the petition for legal separation, you file a motion for temporary orders or if you need the move out to be faster than 2 weeks you could consider an ex parte restraining order.
