Getting Married

If a 17 year old and a 21 year old are having a baby together is there a way for them to get married legaly in Washington or Idaho or what is the best thing to do if this type of situation were to occur.

The 17 year old can be married with the permission of their parents in Washington.

You don't say which person is the mother.
