Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

I was married for 32 years to a man I found out was gay. Divorce has been final for 2 years. He took all the bills, but I didn't get alimony or any portion of his retirement. Do I have any recourse? I made a stupid mistake and should have gone after at least the retirement after all those years of marriage. Is there any thing I can do?

Theoretically you can move to amend the decree, but the basis for that is generally not just that you now think that you did not think about it completely at the time, usually it requires under one approach proving fraud or duress (and that means usually threats or act of violence) or under another approach you would have to show that circumstances have changed. You could try, but based on the limited information that you have provided I would not venture whether I would consider attempting to modify the decree to have a good return on investment.
