How do i go about finding my other spouse that lives in another state to get divorce?Can Isend a message in the newspaper?Is there a proper way to word it in the paper when looking for someone to divorce? Thank-You for your help.

There are procedures in Washington that allow for service by publication. However, you will need to consult a legal clinic in your area to make sure you strictly comply with these procedures.
