Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

How can I modifye a child custod order so I would be able to talk to my children over the phone. I have been paying child support for the past 6 yrs and my visitation is only in person but I live 2,300 miles away. I haven't spoken to or recieved any return letters from either one and now I have no Idea where to send my letters to since my ex-husband moved without letting me know his current whereabouts.

Assuming this is a WA parenting plan, the plan should have a child relocation provision. Based on that provision, you are allowed 30 days notice of intent to relocate the child. If that was not provided you have a basis for filing a contempt action. There are ways to locate people, and processes to get people served if they can't be located.
