Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Mother has Supervised Visitation

I have four children ranging in age from 5 to 13. Our parenting plan requires the mother to have supervised visitation with the children at the home of the maternal grandparents. The visitations are to be day visits only two weekends a month. The mother is also required to pay child support of $100.00 per month. The mother has continually violated the parenting plan. She has been left unsupervised with the children. She stays overnight sleeping with the children. She make disparaging remarks against me in the presence of the children. She has taken the children to her home where I have no idea where it is. She hasn't ever paid any child support. She gave my oldest son a cell phone and calls him at all time of the day and night when I am unable to monitor the conversation. My children go to weekly counseling through Lutheran Social Services because of previous physical and sexual abuse during visitations. What steps can I take to insure the safety of my children? Law inforcement refuse to help in enforcing the parenting plan and I have very little to pay for attourney costs to go back to court with. What steps can I take in order to enforce the parenting plan?

Re: Mother has Supervised Visitation

1. Get your facts together.

2. Take her to court for contempt.

And take that cell phone away from the kid.
