motion for modification of child support

The motion will be put in Snohomish county do the courts set a time limit or is it just open? Do you have to make an appearance in court, there is a permanent no contact order against the non custodial parent. Thank You

What you mean by "do the courts set a time limit or is it just open?" If you have set a motion, somebody will have to make an appearance in court on the noted date and time. I don't know what a permanent no contact order has to do with child support.
