Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
Motion to Vacate family home
My STBX hasn't paid child support since Jan. He is court ordered to. I am court ordered to pay the mortgage, with the understanding of him paying the CS. I have not paid, so he wants to take me to court for contempt. I am unable to afford the home. I want to move out of the family home and have money to support my kids. How do I file to move out of house?

Re: Motion to Vacate family home
You note, file and serve a motion for what you want. If there are already temporary orders you would file for an adjustment to the orders.
