Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

do i have to move out in the 30 days

I've been living with my b.f. the past 9 years he said he sold the house to his son brad whose lease is up the 1st of march i was told the first of feb. and that i have to be out? is that true 30 day notice ?I'm low income and havent found a place. what about can he throw me or my belongings out ? if so do i have the right to call the police ? i just need another month to get relocated. please help me

This sounds more like landlord-tenant issues than family law.
