Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Moving out of washington state with child

I recently left Tennessee to stay with my family in washintong state for a few months, I thought I would be stuck out her a little longer so i decided to file for a divorce to my husband who I have been separated with for 2 years. Now i have a offer to get my CNA training and a good job, so i want to drop the divorce file back in TN. But my Husband will not agree to drop the divorce or allow me to take our son back with me. Is there anyway around this and can i request to move before the divorce is final. What forms would i need to file to request to move and do i need to serve my husband with any forms to let him know i want to move?

Also he for over a year he had very little involvement with our son, he had a chance to move to Tn when i moved but decided to stay in Washington. He has drug charges and warrants. I am not tryting to keep him from seeing him because i feel my son should have a relationship with his father, i just think we would be better off financially back in TN. But would any of this help my case. And also the CNA course starts April 22 whats the chance of gettting this approved before then?

If he has not filed a formal response to the petition, you may move for dismissal without his agreement. If he has responded you should file a motion for temporary orders and establish a parenting plan, at the same time file a notice of intent to relocate (and note the shortened time (60 days is the normal notice)) and note a hearing on it at the same time as the motion for temporary orders.
