Non custodial move vs current parenting plan WA state

I moved from Tacoma WA in 2005 to vancouver, WA with my 2 children. With no objection from my Ex. Our parenting plan says my Ex is 100% responsible for trasportation to and from my home. And we never changed or updated our parenting plan after my move. Out of guilt for moving so far I met him 1/2 way each weekend for his visiting time friday nights adn again sunday afternoons driving approx 2 hours each way. My ex-husband the Non- Custodial Parent moved to vancouver, wa from Tacoma, 6 months ago, he failed to live on his own and moved back in with his dad in tacoma after being here only 6 months. I told him I could not afford driving 1/2 way this time since it was him moving but he moved anyway, now we are having issues. He has been driving only to stay during the day on saturdays to take the kids giving up his weekends because of the drive, he wants to take me to court to make me drive 1/2 way even though the time and $$ are not there for me to do so. And our parenting plan still says he is 100% responsible for transportation. What options do I have?? I can not afford the 100's of dollars in gas each month or I will not be able to pay my bills. Help!

Re: Non custodial move vs current parenting plan WA state

Much will depend on what your orders say and whether you (both have complied with them). If the order says your former spouse is responsible for transportation then he is. He can petition to modify the parenting plan/order of support.
