Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Right of non-custodial parent to enter custodial parents home

Do I have to allow my ex spouse to enter inside my house to see his son's room? It is very obvious that we live in a newly constructed home in a good neighborhood and there are absolutely no reasons for him to suspect that my son is not getting the best care. He is saying that it is his legal right to invade our families privacy.

Very simple answer: No.

Possible alternate response: No way, Jose!

Only the judge can order such intrusion, and then only for good reason.
