Noterized papers

Is it legal to substitute different paperwork for paperwork that had been noterized?

Your question is too vague, but I'll try. A notary witnesses you sign a document, and attests that it was you who signed it. This is called an acknowledgement.

If somebody forged your signature or destroyed a document with original signatures, I'd be thinking about calling the police.

Letting it go makes it look as though you don't care.
