Notice Of Intent To Withdraw - WA

My ex-wife's attorney filed an intent to withdraw. Should I be concerned? We are divorced and she has already been denied a request to increase maintenance (with same attorney)...and not at all happy about it.

Re: Notice Of Intent To Withdraw - WA

It could mean almost anything, possibilities include, but are not limited to: she is hiring another attorney (although that would often be handled with a notice of substitution), the attorney may just want to assure that they are off the record. The actual reason for withdrawl is never found in the notice of intent to withdraw.
