Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
Is overtime used as gross for child support determination
I make about 100,000 a year but 50% is in overtime, my income changes yearly depending on more or less overtime.
I am currently paying child support for 2 children in the amount of 1000.00 per month, Can I have this modified using only my salary excluding overtime?

No, but there are ways to operate child support to adjust for overtime, but it does require some degree of cooperation of the parties.
