parent wants to change drop off point

I want to change my drop off point with my ex. I put a restraining order on him b/c of DV. He wont show up to visits. I need to know what paper i am supposed to file in Washington court to make that happen

It is an adjustment/clarification of a non residential provision of your plan. File a motion, note for docket, and declaration of you in support.

You will also need to file an affidavit regarding personal service to prove he's been served.

What you REALLY need to file, though, is a motion/declaration for a contempt order.

There may be a clinic where you live. Call your County Bar and ask.
