parental responsibility

When does a male child come of age and the parents responsibilty end? When a child is 18 and overdrafts his bank account, is the parent responsible?

Re: parental responsibility

The answer is no. When a minor reaches 18, he is emancipated and is an adult for all purposes except relating to alcohol.
