Re: parenting plan

The statute references "overnights".

A plan designed to provide equal time is going to be predicated on the age of the child, but for a child in grammar school, a Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday one week, and Thursday friday the next week would be roughly equal time.

They are busy during the day; asleep another eight hours, so you are dividing the time afterschool/dinner early evening and every other weekend and holiday.

Can't split 7 days equally, but you can divide up 14 days.

Hope this helps. Powell
