Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Parenting plan filed in the wrong county.

My ex filed a parenting plan in the wrong county. A county where she does not live and i do not live. I have file my own parenting plan in my county and have had her served. What do I do next?

You need to create, file and serve a Summons and Petition in the correct county as well as a proposed parenting plan. Most superior courts in Washington have a Domestic relations facilitator who can help you. Or, call the County bar Association for help. Good luck.
