Re: parenting plan

If you want the parenting plan and child support to be enforceable you need a court order. You should get these things done and entered while you are on good terms instead of waiting until something goes wrong and the parties are forced to litigate it to get anything entered. You (both) should consider hiring a mediator to assist you at arriving at agreed orders for entry if you can't work it out. You may also want to hire an attorney to make sure that what you are entering makes sense (and can be entered).
