Parenting plan involving protection order
I cannot afford an attorney, but need help with--name removed--parenting plan. The other party cannot be contacted by me or--name removed--''third party'', so how can I arrange--name removed--parenting plan without violating the protection order? Can--name removed--paralegal, or mediator assist in the process of developing--name removed--mutually agreed upon parenting plan. I have not seen my sons in 11 months. Please help me.

You should seek assistance of the Family Court Services at Superior Court for the county in which you reside. They should be able to give the proper forms and instruct you on procedure. Otherwise, there are numerous legal service agencies such as Columbia Legal Services, Northwest Justice Project, etc. that may be able to help.
