parenting plan
I am in the middle of a parenting plan with my childrens father he has had them for a little over a year due to my past drug use well since i have been clean instead of terminating my parental rights cps has decided to allow the father and myself to come up with a parenting plan which we go to court at the end of nov. to finalize it but what i want to know is will there be a chance for me to modify the custodial arrangement and get full custody back of my boys and is it a hard procecc and do I have to prove anything besides I am now fit to parent my children but right now i will have weekend visitation with them and he will have them on the weekdays but after 6 months or so i want to try and get full custody back is it a hard process.

Re: parenting plan
If you agree to it now, no, chances are the court will not modify the final plan absent compelling evidence that the circumstances of the non-moving party (the other parent) and/or the children is so detrimental for them that the only remedy is to reverse the placement decision.
You should contact Gary Preble in olympia. He's good with dealing with the State and CPS.
