Parenting Plan - out of state visits

Im doing a Pro SE divorce. My husband lives in MS and Im afraid to let him take the kids to MS for summer vists. Am Im allowed to prevent this in the parenting plan?

You can propose it, but what a court will order will depend on facts of the case.
