When both parents are who's in charge?
My mom died in May and my dad died in Nov of this year. I have a younger sister. who should be in charge of the finances, etc?

Based on the facts that you have provided I can not provide you with a clear answer. How old are you and your sister? Is there a will that designates an executor or personal representative? If so, who?
