Contact the local juvenile Court and tell them that you need to file a petition for At-Risk Youth (ARY) and they will help you.
If they are stealing, that's a crime. Call the police. If they are breaking stuff or getting in trouble when you aren't home, same solution. You do not have to put up with criminal behavior just because you are related to these kids.
In fact, if you do not ask for help, you could be liable if they act out against some other person, or if somebody gets hurt at your home.
The help is there; you do have to ask for it.
Hope this helps. Powell

Divorce is only available to married persons. The relationship between parents and children can be terminated, children are subject to the law through the juvenile justice system, and there is provision under the law for addressing the situation of a child in need of supervision.
