if a cuple is in a mariage and the woman gives birth to another man's child, what are the reprisals can the cupple seek?

I am not sure what your question is. I can tell you that under Washington law, a husband is presumed to be the father of all children coneived during the marriage, and a husband has a limited time after the birth of the child to assert that he is not the father.
