Contact the Family Support Division of your county's prosecuting attorney and tell them that you are contesting paternity.

If the child was born more than 24 months ago, your window of opportunity to contest paternity has closed.

If they are all ready garnishing your wages, it may be too late. Chances are this has been litigated, she named you as the father, you didn't contest it or it was determined you are the father, and you didn't respond, so now they are ganishing.
