Postnuptial versus prenuptial

Is a postnuptial agreement as enforceable in the state of Washington as a prenuptial?

Depends on what you expect the agreement to do.

A post nup is a fundamenatally different agreement from a pre nup. Most attorneys will not represent both you and your wife, you need two and good luck getting an agreement each will recommend you sign.
