Power of attorney for a minor in WA State

What legla ramifications can an agent receive by taking a POA for a minor child? (Assuming agent is following wishes of parents and keep them updated by emailing them) Can an agent revoke the POA at anytime also?

The "agent" is bound to follow the instructions as directed and contained within the POA. And, yes, one given a POA can revoke it, usually by following the instructions contained therein for such revocation.
