privacy

im in the state of Wa. and am penpals with someone in jail in Id. im also in the middle of a divorce. can my astrainged husband write a letter to the warrden of the jail and have a copy of every letter I send, sent back to my astrainged husband by the warrden?

Theoretically, yes. Your husband can demand discovery of any relevant evidence from any person.

However, you can move to quash the procuction on the grounds that it's irrelevant and a waste of time.

Washington is a no-fault state. If the marriage is over, no one, least of all the Court, cares why.
