Going Pro SE, Need help

Husband and I want an agreed divorce, he has agreed to give me 2750.00 for two years so that I can get stable. Is this acceptable to a judge? and our kids are NOT in our custody, do I file dissolution with or without kids (plan to have custody returned to me)

If you are a parent (whether he is the dad or not) you need to disclose that you are a parent.

If the two of you do not have children in common then you file for a dissolution without children.

Is he going to give you $2750 a year or a month? Is that reasonable and acceptable to you?

Where are your children? Why are they not with you?
