Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
the problem that i have is complex the court has seen fit to give my ex custody of my oldest daughter she is not biologicaly his and has stated so to the court. now what took place is this my daugher has been acting out at school and has falling grades right now. She is 10years old has A.D.D. and O.D.D. these problems make learning new information that is introduced to her hard to learn. When she get frustrated at school her grades decline and her behavior becomes and issue. The court have not looked at her mental health issues as the reason for the trouble that has recently occurred instead they believe that i am not being a proper parent to my daughter. I have been to two parenting classes and am now enrolling in another one. To get better parenting skills to help my daughter. She was in IEP and also a math tutorial. I submitted solid evidence to the court as to the steps that i have taken to help my daughter and my ex could only come up with random allegations that he could not prove other than my daughter has been having difficulty in school with acedemics and behavior i need to know how to appeal this and how to get my daughter back in my custody

If this was a ruling by a commissioner, you can file a motion for revision with the assigned judge. If the time for the revision has passed, you can file a petition for interlocutory review (appeal). You file the petition with the clerk of the court that rendered the decision (you will have to pay the appellate fee).
